General Coverage

Hardware defects and workmanship issues are covered. We offer replacement of defective parts with equivalent or superior components for faults not caused by external factors.

Warranty Void Scenarios

Warranty is voided by physical damage, liquid contact, electrical surges, missing serial numbers, unauthorized repairs, or improper BIOS updates.

DOA & Refund Policy

Faults reported within 5 days (DOA) are eligible for full replacement or refund. Refunds are processed within 3 working days via original payment method.

Sun Traders resells premium tech from OEMs like **Apple, Dell, HP, MSI, and Asus**. All warranty terms are governed by the specific manufacturer's rules. Our role is to facilitate these claims between you and the brand.

  • Unauthorized Third-party Repairs
  • Altered/Missing Serial Numbers
  • Cracked Screens or Plastic Parts
  • Software Viruses/OS Failures
  • Normal Battery Degradation

Additional Notes

Repair timelines for hardware failures typically take 3–5 weeks.

Customers are responsible for data backups. Sun Traders is not liable for data loss during repair.
