If found defective, we will provide a replacement from the brand or suggest an alternative. If no replacement is available, a full refund will be issued. We highly recommend making an unboxing video. Inform us immediately upon receiving any defective or damaged goods. Refund charges apply for card/POS/online payments.

Ship the product back to us with all original packaging, accessories, and intact serial numbers. We will test the product and, if found defective, replace it with a new unit from the brand. If replacement is unavailable, we will offer an alternative product or issue a full refund.
