We will test the product to verify if it is Dead on Arrival and inspect for any damages due to misuse, burnouts, or wrong handling (not covered under warranty). If found defective, we will provide a replacement from the brand or suggest an alternative. If no replacement is available, a full refund will be issued. We highly recommend making an unboxing video. If replacement is unavailable, we will offer an alternative product or issue a full refund.
