If you receive a defective product (Dead On Arrival) or damaged item, we will replace it with a new product. The product must be shipped back to Sun Traders with all original packing, accessories, and undamaged serial numbers. We will test the product to verify if it is Dead on Arrival and inspect for any damages due to misuse, burnouts, or wrong handling (not covered under warranty). If found defective, we will provide a replacement from the brand or suggest an alternative. If no replacement is available, a full refund will be issued. We highly recommend making an unboxing video. Inform us immediately upon receiving any defective or damaged goods. Refund charges apply for card/POS/online payments.

Immediately contact Sun Traders customer service if you receive a defective (Dead On Arrival) or damaged product. We highly recommend recording an unboxing video as proof. Ship the product back to us with all original packaging, accessories, and intact serial numbers. We will test the product and, if found defective, replace it with a new unit from the brand. If replacement is unavailable, we will offer an alternative product or issue a full refund.
